Development Manager & Design
Jenna Walden
Has 20 years of design, construction management, development and investment analysis for commercial, multi-family and residential throughout the Pacific NW, Atlanta and New York City.
Well-versed in both exterior and interior design, her focus is functionality in beautiful settings. Day-to-day living and comfort is built into all her designs.
Jenna has been a life-long Pacific Northwesterner living in Seattle, Portland and Bend. She recently returned from a month in Finland and was inspired to recreate the cozy, welcoming and beautiful aesthetics of Baltic life in this project.

Brad Ellington
Brad has several years of single-family construction management in Seattle plus 22+ years of demanding operational experience for the oil & gas industry. He has developed and honed leadership, planning, reporting, communication, project management, process creation skills with extensive exposure to rigorous deadlines, and running diverse project teams in challenging environments. 21+ years of incident-free teams. 19+ years Safety Management Training.
Brad and his family moved to Seattle after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina. He is currently designing a passive-heating home in Central Oregon and loves spending time with his family and working on his 40-acre property.
